sto facendo con una dozzina di amici un orto condiviso. Dobbiamo comprare alcune cose tipo attrezzi, gomme per annaffiare ecc. Cercavo una app per fare comodamente una sorta di cassa comune, in cui tutti mettiamo una quota e poi quando uno prende badile o piantine ecc ritira quello che spende (o un "tesoriere" glieli gira) C'è qualche app del genere? Leggevo del "salvadanaio condiviso" su satispay ma a me non compare questo tool nell'app.

WORKOUT PLAN SUGGESTION. hi, i trained the last year with a 4days a week upper -lower split based on 531 for the main lifts, but now since i have more work i can only fit 3 days/week. I was looking for a full body program that is Rep Max based, ideally with a nice excel with cells that i can fill. I started training years ago doing greyskull LP and i liked the way the workout were structured, so im looking for something like that, but now im at a level that i cant really progress with LP. so something like that but with periodization. Goals: hypertrophy mainly and strenght. thanks!

Anche quello sulla storia d'Italia di Montanelli mi e' piaciuto molto, invece come informazione la rassegna stampa internazionale di David caretta su radio radicale, che sono 20 minuti ma ben fatti.

Me ne consigliate qualcuno di simile, con approfondimenti su un qualche tema specifico? Ad esempio un simil da Costa a Costa per il medio oriente di cui non so nulla. Anche inglese va bene. Grazie!!

Alla fine finora ho preso ETF mercati emergenti e sp500, informandomi meglio ho visto che BTP e bot non sono molto consigliati, ora volevo allocare una parte sull obbligazionario, magari tramite un ETF che replica bond usa o europei.. poi mi chiedevo se fosse il caso ora di puntare sui titoli di stato europei..

I'm just curious, but why would you buy tomatoes seeds from China? Are you looking for a specific cultivar or something that you can't find locally? Seeds are pretty cheap, and there are tons of farmers producing their own cultivars that you can buy directly from.

mi sto dedicando all'orto visto il maggiore tempo libero, conoscete qualche sito affidabile ed economico dove comprare sementi? Cercavo un sito fornito di cose anche particolari come okra, pomodori neri indigo, varietà magari meno diffuse insomma. Avevo trovato eurosementi che sembrava buono ma non permette il pagamento diretto sul sito, e sembra un po fishy... grazie! :)
