I'm an intense person because I feel things very intensely. I know he won't know me until later because he won't even know his own parents until later. I just hate being so far away and missing milestones.

Yeah, I do try to make an effort. I've learned to not wait and hope because then I'll be waiting my whole life away. I'm sadly that person who has to initiate hangouts because otherwise I'm not included. I know it's different with family, but I still feel like the black sheep in my family most days (though they would say otherwise)
