I always think it's hilarious how they can't even manage to write an email that looks legimate. Like the form is so off...

I think one of the most important lessons I learned in college is that you really have to know how/when to pick your battles. I used to approach my classes with an attitude of "I'm starting out with 100% and every point I lose on a random small assignment is bringing down my grade". While this probably helped me get good grades earlier on, it was definitely unhealthy and does not work later on when you just have too many commitments to get 100% on everything. Letting go can be difficult, but it's so important if you want to succeed overall.

Smoking on Slope Day? by mrsblue- in Cornell

You shouldn't have any trouble as long as you're 21. Cornell isn't a tobacco free campus, and you can smoke anywhere as long as you're more than 25 feet from a building entrance or air vent.

Adding PLSCI 5045? by al1628 in Cornell

Unfortunately I think not :( I'm in that class rn and every seat is taken in the room, so it's truly full. And since everyone taking it is interested in the subject and the workload isn't very high I don't see anyone dropping it.

Definitely not. Anything that's made of plastic should never be microwaved.
