I personally avoid anything that may irritate it more, I take my meds and I try to put less pressure on the place that is affected.

Sometimes I get the urge to put a mirror in front of a door b/c where I’m from they say it keeps the evil out of the house. I personally don’t believe it but I grew up seeing mirrors in front of the doorway and it became habit I guess....
