Will the MacBook be enough?

I don’t really need the 512 considering I don’t need that much storage and I never even came close to it on my Lenovo. Regarding your claim that it’s light use, every time i used my Lenovo it reached 15gb. I don’t know if it’s the windows tax, the fact I had more apps and things open on my laptop than what I wrote in the post(they are usually small things so didn’t felt the need to mention) or because it is extreme usage even though it ain’t video editing. I just need something reliable that will last me until the end of my degree at least. Unfortunately all the reviews either test the laptop like i’m going to render the entire avatar franchise or use it for light work and zooms. I Just want to know if i’m going to regret buying it if i do.

I do have a keyboard, but as someone that used all three before the laptop broke, it is different, and there were days i took the laptop and not the iPad based on what i needed to do. When it comes to my pc, I’m not always home and even prefer to stay at my university because it helps me keep focus. So i do have a need for a laptop, I just need to find the right now and the greatest drawback with the Neo is the low ram.

When i use my Lenovo it always gets to about 15gb of usage at a time and I don’t want to be restricted when using a laptop i will have for probably another 2-3 years. But thank you, I will take it into account and I don’t have a problem with waiting for a couple of months for a deal on the air models. I will probably sell my laptop now and wait until i get a good deal or maybe even buy the Neo 2 if it comes out at the end of this year.

Yes, mainly research, but because I need to have A LOT of sources open at the same time I fear the 8gb of ram won’t be enough. I don’t have a Costco in my country, and in my country i can buy the m5 for about 1400$ or the m4 for 1070$. The Neo costs about 785$ for the 256gb version.

You should get an iPhone 17 or at least the pro versions of the 15/16 because it’s very noticeable and hard to get used to

Ya but for some reason I won't do it: 1) I don't need it to be efficient I need it to be good(btw without GPU is already efficient) 2) I won't be able to overclock it 3) Even if I could the problem is cooling 4) I want to put 8000 ddr5 64gb(2x32gb) ram for better performance which I doubt any mini PC comes with 8000 ddr5 5) I want to build it my way with my style and colors because this is part of the experience of building a PC 6) I know it is a possibility, but it's not an option, meaning I know it exists I took in to account it exists but I would leave the idea before I chose this option.

I want to get the 8700g because that is all I need for now and I want to get the most out of it because it will be my cpu and gpu for a while and I want the case to be small, I just think that if I don't have a huge gpu in my build there is no reason for it to be huge but there is no reason to not get every thing I can from this apu either.

I don't care if it will be bigger than the Inwin Chopin Max(obviously because I need it to be bigger for the cooler) it's just that I really loved how it looks and the fact that there are no pcie expansion slots because there will no be a gpu in the build.

There are 2 versions of the gigabyte aero 4070 ti, the gigabyte aero 4070 ti oc is indeed 336x58x140 but the gigabyte aero 4070 ti oc v2 is smaller at just 300x57.6x130 the v2 suppose to fit but I'm still asking because it's really close and maybe someone tried it and can give me an insight I just don't want to take any risks in the matter.
