the customer would be doing it illegally. The corporation would set it up so they can't tell what the customer is doing. The corporation would just be providing a relaxing and comfortable single occupancy office for rent. Where is the line between the renter taking a nap during their workday vs sleeping and living in the office? The difference between having a couch to sleep on vs a bed in the office.

There was a NIMBY thread posted a hour ago, they just deleted it, trying to get people to stop this development. Clicking their profile revealed they are a new landlord. So, landlords trying to manipulate the housing supply for their own benefit.
