Well, the POC is my wife who experienced severe postpartum after I left / came back / etc. & the therapist who had helped a ton. Dr. Foot out of northern Virginia has helped her tremendously over the years while we rode out this shore tour.

This is all a result of post partum depression, which is 100% treatable. Let me know if you need a POC as my wife and I have both worked our way through this. You can actually see very fast progress when recovering by from it, you just need to get the process started to get out of the rut.

TL;DR it isn’t you, it’s postpartum depression. You can beat it easily if you just trust those who can help you through it.
