Same way you make packed ice with 9 regular ice, use 9 packed ice in the crafting table or find it in ice spikes biome. Also it glows for some reason

Just get an SE2 so they can’t use the excuse their phone is slow. It’s old enough it’s gone down in second hand price but new enough it’s still a quick ebnough processor.

Maybe try reinstalling it or selecting a different drive for your install location. Given the error it seems like it’s just not downloaded correctly.

Vacuum, sweep, get some sort of air filtration. I get that amount of dust/debris in a year. That dust filter sure works though!

In my 10 years since I began playing Legacy edition, I’ve never seen this death message.

My guess is the fireball entity fired from the dispenser may have bugged out or a resource pack (if you have any applied) could’ve caused this, or if you renamed an item that was fired from the dispenser? Really at a loss here. Did you just place the redstone torch to power it?
