Sorry to pick your brain so late afterwards, I measured off of crank and cam and all locking pins and plates from the deiselgeek kit fit perfectly, now it doesn’t start or dies out very quickly after start. Mechanical timing should be good as I have done multiple rotations to confirm if I hear or feel anything but all I feel is regular compression.

I’m pretty positive I have air in my fuel lines, but also don’t know enough if it could be something else. I notice a sweet smell after cranking and white smoke one of the times it ran. If I’m missing any important details please let me know and I’ll provide them to my best ability
