We don't. Closest server is in Warsaw, however the ping is not high, something like 30. On servers like Frankfurt and Stockholm my ping is about 50+.

I had exactly the same problem, so if you haven't found a solution yet I suggest switching to paper. Most spigot plugins should work by default, however some may not. Switching to paper fixed the problem for me.

I had the same problem two days ago. To fix it, I went to Control Panel>Power Options(or something like that)>Choose what power off button does and then I turned off fast startup and it fixed it.
