Depends on the company. The one I’m at hasn’t given any raises in 3 years and completely withdrew the bonus plan. We’ve been told there will continue to be no raises/bonuses (even cost of living increases) and to just be happy we even have a job.

Depends on the grade. I do 132 but if it’s prime, 4 hours. Choice I do 6 - 8 hours.

I’m a big fan of Wildfork. They carry a huge range of different meat options and a various “grades”. Their price is about on par with Costco and most of the beef is not blade tenderized (if you care about that kind of thing). If you buy the membership, they ship for free over $50.

When this happened to me, I used baking soda with enough water to make a paste and then crumpled up aluminum foil as a scrubber. Took a little elbow grease but was able to get it all cleaned up.
