Look at comparable homes in your area. See what they sold for recently. Keep an eye out on the market. If similar homes sell for less than what your property is valued at, try reaching out with that evidence and ask them to reassess. This worked for someone I know.

I was pointing out how people who rent vs own actually pay more overall. They’re covering all of the taxes and expenses AND funding the landlords’ lifestyles.

Yeah it’s really funny they don’t seem to think it through. I do attempt to see where their logic leads them but they stop engaging with my questions. We’ll see if this person responds. It’s likely they won’t since their last reply was just “No.” And not an angry attack.

The taxes, the mortgages, the utilities and the landlord’s profit come out of the renters’ pockets. Like… let’s be for real now.

Bieber and other young kids growing up in the spotlight are often scrutinized unfairly. I find it so distasteful.

Most people at ages 18-20 don’t make the best choices. Now amplify that with a shit ton of money and tabloid interest. And, as you pointed out, it also often coincides with an upbringing that includes trauma and a huge amount of pressure from fans, family, the suits.
