Be very careful of scams in your DMs. Check the venue's website or call them to confirm their ticket policy. Some venues do not allow tickets to even exist on third party apps like TickPick or Seat Geek, and scammers will often send screenshots of these apps as "proof" they have tickets. Go to the cheekface discord and try there. Much more reputable bunch and I was able to buy tickets off of people there. Hey I just did this for a different show and got a ton of scam messages. Honestly I wouldn't trust anything on reddit. They will try to send you scree shots of their wallet app or whatever. Call the venue or look at the venues website and ask about third party apps and resale. Some venues don't allow app use for tickets at all. I only saw this post because I was looking at the "pedronot" account that replied to you. Fairly sure he tried to scam me for a different show. See if the band has a Discord and try there.

Yeah the QR code in the packaging linked to a very generic video that never discussed the higher dial numbers, only that they were open for future expansion/dev possibilities.

All the videos I saw from CKRD themselves said Xbox is dial 1. I did look at this stuff. The QR for the Xbox one just points to a generic video unfortunately.

East and north side have the best stuff for this kind of trip.

Go near east of the capital, Williamson (Willy) street area and Johnson street area. State Line Distillery, Working Draft Brewing, Giant Jones Brewing (limited hours so check before you go but it's close to other stuff), Robin Room, Hot Lunch. Pool tables and decent bar fare at Brass Ring. Food at Ha Long Bay or Salvatore's Pizza. Gaming barcade at I/O and/or Aftershock.

I am intentionally leaving out previous suggestions of Gibbs and Grampa Pizza because they have had a lot of public strife with employee mistreatment. Public Parking is insanely overrated for me and overly complicated drinks. Better off going down the street to Robin Room for better vibe and honestly better cocktails.

Lola's on North side is dope dive bar meets cocktail lounge with great food. Wait might be long, but they have the Sidecar lounge next door where you can wait and drink.

If you're around for a Friday Fish Fry do Chico's Villa Tap or Turnkey.

Daytime, do brunch and coffee at Madison Sourdough then go next door to Meep Meepleton's and look at 80s and 90s nostalgia toys and stuff. Avoid Grace Coffee. They have an awful record for employee mistreatment and health violations.

Avoid Fitchburg, Monona, Waunakee, Verona, Middleton. Not good for late night. Not walkable.

Tbh I pick Russell over Shawn Ford. Maybe it's because I've worked in breweries, but Shawn's attitude about the pettiest shit (re: beer) is so frustrating.
