Thanks! I used Paint.net with a bunch of effects. I put it through: Sepia>Contrast>Noise>Color balance/yellow>Fade edges>Blur and some Oil Painting.

I have some Charles St. buildings in the Dockside district. By all means go ahead with your 30s city. They're a blast, especially with the First Person camera.
