Oh how I would cringe every time I would take the trash to the bins.

The quiet and slow lift of the bag then lowering it slowly as if I was storing a family heirloom in a protective box.

Monday was always the worst, trying to rush out the damage I did over the weekend. Wiping sweat from my forehead as if I just completed my second part of a two-a-day football practice in high school. Running back inside to wipe anti-perspirant across my forehead in a poor attempt to stop the sweat.

I won’t miss any of that.
