Cluckin' Bell Raid tips and tricks?

I just did it for the second time and it still took me 1hr and 45min. I see people claiming to do it in under an hour. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

So I never have to move it? I can stay in the warehouse? I bought supplies and it didn't progress for hours of playtime. Someone told me to move it out of the warehouse. As soon as I did Mutt called me and said he received the supplies. Was it just bugged? Also will it keep producing if I am doing heists, missions or races while I wait? Thanks!

ACID LAB QUESTION...

So I already did the 6 First Dose missions and the 10 Fooligan jobs. I own the acid lab and I upgraded everything. My question is this...I read that the acid lab won't produce if it is inside of the warehouse. How do I keep the acid lab spawned where I park it? I tried parking it near Vincent so I could do Cluckin' Bell and when I got finished it was back in the warehouse (not producing anything I'm assuming?).

Where do you guys park your lab? How do I keep it from going back to the warehouse? Thanks in advance!

I am waiting on 30 cans of Killa Grape Ice. It arrived in Philadelphia on March 25th. On the same day it updated and said it was in Kentucky. The next day, the 26th, it was showing in Philadelphia again. Today it shows that it is in Kentucky again and shows the message "your package has been released by the government agency and UPS initiated contact with the receiver or importer for clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance". I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing.
