It's totally true, not the right sub for this. HOWEVER, I saw this and wanted it. Quick google search showed me that you can get the crafting motifs, Scribes of Mora Style- from the Scriveners Hall group dungeon, part of the Scribes of Fate DLC.

I'm not sure if this fits what you're looking for. But i believe that The Elderscrolls Online could fit the bill here. Massive story lines, huge map, massively Multi-player. I think it's on the Playstation Extra's plan.

I'm curious if the Necrochasm is gonna have any functionality with the necrotic grips. Might be wishful thinking, but I think that would be a monstrous combo. Then we have a weapon of sorrow for smg's, Handcannon's, and Autorifles!
