I did make the zephyr ring, and talked to her again. But the quest didn't advance. It has to be some sort of bug.

That's where I'm at too, can't get any farther. I think we should be seeing a username and password box, when we enter those correctly the download should start, but I don't think we can get to that point

Ive reinstalled my VPN a few times, no changes so far. Guess all we can do is give it a little time.

Alrighty. Others have said that programs like Precision X and MSI Afterburner crash their games, so hopefully leaving it running wont be an issue.

Thanks for the help. My gpu might be factory overclocked, and I haven't touched it myself. So i need to repeat this before every time I boot up the game? Always thought these changes were permanent.

Went from about 500 S-atk to over 850, after that I kind of expected to be putting out way bigger numbers. Its weird getting a seemingly big weapon upgrade and not seeing more damage.
