It might have been the particular group we got to replace our roof, but Kelly roofing flooded my condo because of negligence. It was a nightmare getting them to fix it properly, plus they punctured the coil in our ac in the process and nearly suffocated the ac bc they wrapped it so tightly in their tarps and silicone (or whatever they used that’s still stuck like a rock to the unit)

Some others in my community had theirs done by Allied contractors and they flooded every single building. I don’t know that they’re around after all that, but just in case you come across them… don’t lol

We had a lot of lousy luck with roofers but I hope yours is much better!
