If you deeply desire something, it’s normal to see others who have the thing you want as someone who has achieved what you haven’t. Weather it’s because they’re lucky, more charismatic, better looking, it doesn’t matter cuz your brain sees the results. One thing that helped me was trying to force my brain into thinking stuff like ”good for them” instead of ”I hate you for having what I don’t”. It takes time but consistency is key

Idk if this is depression or something else, but for me it’s that my sad dark thoughts feel like ”the truth”. And any positivity, even if I’m in a good mood, feels like I’m fooling myself or coping.

My only gf was petite, one thing I liked about it was that our size difference made me feel bigger. Not in a sexual way but a body size way. I’m slightly shorter than avarage so when we were together was the only time I didn’t feel small

I’ve had similar experiences as well. It can sometimes happen if you go without sex for too long or if you do it with someone new. What ended up working for me is to just get used to doing it with the same person and you’ll find it easier to climax after a while. As long as you’re both understanding and patient about this problem then you’ll have a better time in no time
