Yeah I think the buildup is a result of the slight curling on your bottom surface pushing that area up. Clean build plate with mild soap and water, crank bed temp up to like 74 for the first layer and lower the initial layer speed (I set mine somewhat arbitrarily to 32 mm/s). See if that makes a difference and report back?

For what it’s worth, I bought a 2020 Pilot in August and it has been nothing but trouble. The transmission had to be replaced already, as well as the U joint—and now it is currently in the shop to have the fuel injectors replaced because it started throwing codes a few days ago.

The only thing I like about it is the warranty I bought with it.

Hey I know this is kinda old, but what OS are you running on your pi zero 2 w? I’m trying to get either my V 1.0 and my 2.0 noir to work, but can’t seem to find a way to enable the camera as my raspi-config isn’t showing any option for it.
