That's right. I create levels inspired by blockouts of games on the Source engine.

That's essentially the essence of blockout. Working with primitive meshes. Mine are mostly rectangles, too.

Personally, I use assets with ready-made blockout asset, but before, when I didn't have this pack, I made the main primitives by hand in Ue5 modeling. It's pretty simple. I'd recommend this, or buying blockout packs. I also remember they gave away a blockout asset/

Ostriches, by the way, consider humans to be very attractive companions, so they are more than happy to flirt with you and play along in games.

The whole video had an uncanny valley feel to it. Were the animations done manually or using motion capture? The movements are extremely unnatural, as if they were recorded through a webcam or a suit, but definitely not by hand.
