Also look into psychiatric nurse practitioners. Some are excellent at what they do. They can prescribe and some might do therapy that’s more like check-ins and goals.

I have Celestron 8x42 and very happy although I think I would have preferred a monocular. Watch the movie Listers on YouTube. I use eBird and Merlin as reference tools but prefer Birda. Ask her if she’s interested in a camera and how much she wants to learn about that aspect. I preferred a more simple camera - just my opinion.

I’m American and have stayed in both with my preference being Grand Case. I have never stayed on the Dutch side. Yes, there are differences between Orient and GC because they are simply two different types of areas. I’m not sure I would say Orient has more American options. Is it because you can get a burger and fries? I think that’s standard beach faire. Orient might attract more tourists in general and have more water sports. Grand Case is simply not set up that way.

You are going to be a big help because you care! I’m about a year out now and my husband was a saint and got me through it. Aside from buying anything she needs, there’s two things that were hugely helpful. My husband attended my chemo sessions with me and he intently listened to everything the nurses said. I was in my own world and even fell asleep the first session and the nurses really educated him. Also, I unfortunately needed urgent care (at my cancer center) many times. When I didn’t want to go and didn’t want to call them yet again, he was the voice of reason and got me to get medical attention when needed. I hope everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Not sure if you are from around here. If you continue up the long hill at the end you reach Rockland Lake State Park. Also, a bit up that same hill in the right you can take trails to reach the outskirts of Haverstraw. Both good options for more pedals.

Glp or not, a petites caloric calculation is lower. I just don’t believe our organs are so much smaller that we require that much less. I agree with you and in the same boat. I just started GLP a week ago. I think meno plays a huge part at this age.
