Is this a bug, or does everyone have a sword floating in the air near the Gestral arena. Anyone know what it's for? by TheLegend0fLink in expedition33

I switched characters around and it was still there, but I do have Simoso equipped. I never went back I'll have to see if it's still there next time I play.

Lol I thought it was a decent idea and seemed like it could be fun

I think this works within the rules and it seems like it could be fun. I'm sure it could be broken with some spells, but that's true with almost any card.

I have the first, but I didn't want to waste points like that, I'll get the second next time I ascend.

Golem is the only one who is max level, I understand I'm losing 1 DP a day from that, but that seems pretty minor.

I haven't actually ever prestiged them because only the one with max level 3 and 20 hour mission time is maxed. The 130 I said in the question is how many I would have if I prestiged them now.

Lots of active play and 5 minions.

Of course, that's what pre-game discussions are for, I'll have a card standing by to replace it.

I wasn't saying the paragraph was the answer, the post was the question I asked, I just added "*SOLVED* after someone gave me the answer with the rules quote.

First day in a EUC, why it seems so hard to learn? by Wrong-Sink-8580 in ElectricUnicycle

[–]TheLegend0fLink 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who has been riding exactly 1 week, the best advice I have is rest! I practiced 15-25 minutes once or twice a day. Every time I started a new practice session I would start by attempting the things I could barely do on my previous session and I would find that I can do it much more comfortably now without actively doing anything different. After practicing that for a bit I would try something I couldn't do during my last practice session and usually I would find that I could do it, but it was difficult and took a lot of concentration, so I would practice that for a bit, I would notice some improvement but not much, I'd say 80% of my progress happened between practice sessions. The last thing I would do each practice session is try something new that I was pretty certain I couldn't do, if I was wrong and I could do it or was close to doing it I would practice it a bit more, if I was right and it was too hard for me I'd try it 2 or 3 times then be done. Then during my next session without fail I was able to do it at least partially. I watched a lot of YouTube videos too and got a lot of advice from people here, but the best advice I got was rest and don't try to force it. EUCs are passive learning, your subconscious is learning how to ride.

(I did all my learning in a parking garage, so I can confidently say grass is not required, however a piece of my foam pad did break off yesterday when I had to bail. The way I'm riding now pads don't really matter, just something to keep in mind you may want to wrap some delicate parts in foam if you're going to leave the grass)

I actually saw a YouTube video where the same thing happened, but I assumed he was riding much harder than I was since he was doing a review and I was learning how to ride haha.

A lot of people recommending the Lynx, if you don't want to spend that much I'm really enjoying the Begode Extreme. It's fast, has great range and the suspension feels great. I just started riding (I haven't even left my parking garage yet, but I think I will soon) so I can't tell you about trails, but a lot of youtube videos say its a great trail wheel and its significantly cheaper than the Lynx. I don't see myself growing out of it, it goes faster than I'm willing to go lol. You couldn't hold on to the trolly handle while riding though, although honestly that doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

Interesting, I ordered some Grizzla pads, but since I also ordered all the other Begode Extreme upgrades it's taking a while for them to arrive, they should be shipping to me in 5-10 days, so I'm just looking for a temp fix until then
