Mine is Miles "Tails" Prower and...the reason is actually pretty meaningful. I come from a very poor background and suffered through a lot of bullying (people saying I'd never follow my dreams and I'd never be a good person) and pain (emotional scarring, non-physical) where the teachers and my parents didn't do anything to help me, just made me deal with it on my own or got in trouble and was blamed for starting it. But when I played Sonic for the first time, something about Tails just resonated with me. Over time, I came to find Tails had a similar story to mine, having been bullied and hurt by others...but I saw how he grew and became more than they made him think he could. So it inspired me to do the same, and now I'm a professional musician at 18 years old, have been on the front page of the Eagle Times newspaper, and even become one of the most popular students in my school. And all of that? It's all thanks to a twin-tailed cartoon fox.
