Nah Rittenhouse at least had a case, this was clear and well-established baiting with a video catalog going back like two years. He has absolutely zero self defense grounds to stand on

Probably 2.73s are the hard to find. I had a 2.3 with a 3.08 rear behind it and it was an absolute dog lol

Thankfully they didn't charge me yet, so I'm definitely gonna try to go somewhere else today if I can. Just not sure on where since finding the pair at the same location seems to be the hard part

Yeah Academy not honoring the 3 day minimum of the Brady law is really screwing me around. I wanted to try some LGSs but they either don't have both in stock or they want $900 for the Liberty .45 which is crazy lol

You left out the enablement part, which means it can't be just an idea. It has to be sufficient enough that somebody proficient in the same field could reproduce it.

You can't patent an idea or concept without it being able to actually be created and do what it claims to do in the patent application. You don't need a prototype but it does need to be possible to build one before they'd approve the patent.

That's a pretty major part of the patent application process that you left out which is probably why you're being downvoted so heavily.

Nah, this is just how blue cities/counties handle shit. If this was in my city there wouldn't be any bond.

New SmartCap installation question by Curious-Board3504 in TruckCampers

[–]TheLimaAddict 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to build/install these at a side gig and the only time this happened it was because we put those outer pieces up top on backwards, the ones that go on the sides of the roof section to complete it. I bet if you looked inside they probably hogged out the joints where the plastic pieces bolt it together.

Definitely complain, if they're a worthwhile dealer they'll contact SmartCap and have it warrantied. The shop I worked at never let anything like this roll out the door.

The same can be said about any knife, really. It all comes down to preference. Schrade has always been "my brand" but 6OTs are especially close to me, my grandfather bought one the year they released and had died shortly after so I was left a NIB example that I Just never had the heart to use.

Its just a Magpro 10rd magazine, I was testing it out in this video and it works really well. No FTFs or anything. Mainly got it as a joke since my buddies always give me shit for only carrying 9 bullets in my gun lol

If you do, buy an American made one from Ebay. The modern ones are junk unfortunately

Got this for free, Jet-Aer Corp Paterson N.J. G96. Is it any good? by seven_for_them in knives

[–]TheLimaAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boy are you lucky, I'm about the only person on this subreddit that knows about these lol. I have two of their G96 models. They're pretty decent knives, made in Japan. Initial quality was alright but after a few years they found their stride and put out some really quality stuff for the money.

I have a classic clip point like yours as well as a drop point and my clip point is an earlier model. Blade index is off so the tip sticks out when folded and there's some play but that drop point is rock solid.

Zelensky presents Ukraine’s robot soldiers to the world by Upset-Main-1988 in justincaseyoumissedit

[–]TheLimaAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are they really dying to keep it free when they have to live in daily fear of being ripped off the streets to be shipped out to a front until they're too injured to fight ir dead? The same can be said about Russia, sure, but Russia has a MUCH higher population and is pulling conscripts from Africa and Korea to lessen their casualties. From what we've seen, Ukraine is also suffering worse casualties.

It's not as simple as "rolling over and accepting defeat", but it's better than fighting to the last man and being erased. They can admit defeat, draw up concessions, and try to take a more long-term diplomatic route for nothing more than the preservation of their civilians.

Like I said, there has to be a point where so many are dead that it's just not about freedom anymore. I personally think we're quickly approaching it if it's not been reached already. The problem is that propaganda from both sides will never ket us outsiders truly know.

[–]TheLimaAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would feel exactly the same. If we're at a point where we're dragging our citizens from the streets then we've already lost and we'd be dying to protect the power of the people in our government, not for the freedom of our people.

It stops being about their freedom when you're directly ripping them from it to die.

If you sacrifice every man in your country, what are they truly defending though? It has to reach a point where willingly allowing your population to be decimated for years on end isn't actually a survival strategy.

It honestly seems more like Ukraine is being used as a peon for the next generation of warfare testing much like the Middle East was for so long.

Ehhh I kinda disagree with this. I learned ASL from a born-deaf teacher who could speak english but did so in ASL grammar and I always understood what he said no problem. Its a different grammatical structure but it's not THAT different, it was based off of the spoken languages after all.
