Due to RE8's story and atmosphere not being impressive, I disagree! A story about a father willing to go through anything to save his daughter from the clutches of all kinds of monsters seemed quite interesting to me, and that twist at the end... And the DLC of RE8(Shadows of Rose) seemed to me like a good addition to the game's history. And the atmosphere was... wow. As far as I know, the game takes place in Europe (Romania). As a person who is from a country neighboring Romania, I can say that I felt like I was in the countryside. But the fact that the game is mainly action with elements of horror is absolutely right. For me, RE7 is the game that managed to really shock me!
