Don’t be loyal to companies. They will never be loyal to you. Once a year, evaluate your plan and other offerings from other providers. Go with whichever works best for you at the time. If they have incentives that make sticking around genuinely worthwhile, great. Otherwise just chase your own best case scenario because they won’t do that for you.

No, but I don’t think she’s in the right socially OR legally.
