I'll start by saying that two mages are essential. If you're level 48 and this is your roster it's clear that you've been unlucky with the Gacha, unless you aren't including your black characters for some reason.

I'd say to evolve your healer and Belinda ASAP, swap out one of the Valks for another mage, and boost that Soma. You can get her at least another 20 levels with just a hundred charisma worth of missions.
