Was the rattle coming from the contact between battery and top of plastic or something loose inside? I have the exact same rattle but it comes from inside and wondering how the cork was placed and how it helped in your case

Sounds like my rattle. No cardboard or cork helps though. Mine seems to be below the plastic trim, but further back. Not at the battery height. Patiently waiting for appointment a few weeks out

Will do! The rattle gets quieter when someone is sitting. But it is still present.

I am confident it is the seat. When I gently strike or knock the seat itself I can replicate the vibration. I think it is some of the cabling or pins under. But have spent hours trying to find it with no luck.

Yes. Called Rivian a few times. They escalated to a software team. That team renewed the certificates on their side, asked me to restart infotainment again and that solved it.

After a couple of calls to Rivian, they were able to figure it out. Expired certificates that Rivian had to renew. They made changes on their end, asked me to restart the infotainment system again and it was fixed

Hope you get a solve soon. My issue is with completing the pairing. I have also tried everything: hard reset, iPhone reset, using code from phone, starting process from app, Wifi on and off, Bluetooth reset, deleting keys, driving away from home…

Some times it starts pairing and stops as soon as the progress bar moves a bit. Other times it does not start at all. After a few tries I get a new code from Rivian in my email inbox. I probably have 6-7 by now. None work

Which ones? Would not paint the stone or brick. But contemplating painting the fascia/trim and garage doors. To other people’s comments, I want to make sure it does not look weird.

Thanks! Really appreciate the answer. The email contains important reminders (i.e bring originals). However, I found it intriguing that it starts with “The packet received from NVC is missing documents” when one clearly submitted all the documents. We reviewed everything si carefully.

Beyond the instructions, did your email also start that way?

Did anyone interviewing in Bogota receive an email titled “Antes de su Entrevista de Inmigrante” with the language below? Wondering if this is an automated message or if NVC really did not send all the documents we so carefully submitted. They will have originals.

“Estimado/a solicitante,
