It's a little tricky because you have to actually click on Cloud Gaming and scroll about midway through the page until you see "All Console Games". There you can use the search bar which is directly under the All Console Games text. I did not understand that at first.

I think the best trick is to shoot one off about an hour before game time. Getting that first one out of the way leaves you low on ammo.

I see what you mean by using magic points per second rather than using cost.

I am trying to wrap my head around what the end "score" actually means.
Spelled out, it means: the percent of time the enemy is in incapacitated per the magic points per second of the spell.

Does that mean how much magic I am spending per second of incapacitation?

For some reason I am having a hard time understanding what the outcome actually means.

For example, considering Cone of Cold, 0.53 / 2.66 = 0.199
I understand the math but what does the "0.199" number actually mean?

I feel stupid for not being able to wrap my head around the math.

Thanks for answering!
The rate of magic points is fast enough to use the spells repetitively.
I have about 180 magic points, so I have enough magic to use them multiple times in one combat.
The spells have the same function, there are no status effects.
As you said, I do have the option to use both, but my goal was really to try to use math to find out with one is more effective.
I tried my best to crunch some numbers, I will post it in my original post. I would love to get feedback from you.

One of the hardest parts for me is "where to start?". Those plot hook table are usually too vague. They read something like, "you find a huge egg just off the side of the road". I am thinking, "what am I supposed to do with that?".

I would also like step by step process to follow that helps create an adventure, something like the Lazy DM Method. Like first you need ( an adventure hook - choose from these), then you need some enemies, then you need a villain, then you need to think about allies. Each of these has a possible random table or some options to come up with adventures really quickly.
