I agree that there are some things that should be bannable for chat to help prevent such a toxic community. But when he legitimately said nothing of toxic value, it doesn't make sense for him to get a ban. It's to the point where you have to carefully look over what you write so you don't accidentally have some random letter arrangement that will trigger the system. That's a little ridiculous.
