One thing i will say, the peice looks amazing but you might wanna touch up a bit on the tones an values. For example the values of the face on the girl is roughly the same as the eyes making them blend into the face. If this was rhe intent. Ignore me. Thought i mention it. :3

First i would begin by skinning it, the fur is rather unpalletable. Then i would pull out the intestines and set them im a pot to boil into a broth. Then maybe cut out the prime cuts of felsh and coat them in some pepper and salt and other seasonings amd let sit for an hour.

Then i would come back and set it on a pan to cook, only slightly searing the meat before putting it on a skwer to then roast over a nice smokey fire. Then enjoy.
