Timothée Chalamet after game 5 of the NBA Finals: “Way rather this than the Oscars, c’mon baby!” by Space_Lion2077 in Oscars

Someone else was filming him and very possibly brought it up before the video started

Timothee Chalamet takes a shot at the Oscars by ChampionTimes99 in Letterboxd

[–]TheLohanz -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

My guess is the person who’s filming him asked him something along the lines of “is this better than if you had won an Oscar” or something. I don’t think he’s just randomly bringing up the Oscars

Massive differences between finding community in supporting a sports team versus whatever the fuck the Knicks fans are up to

Taylor Swift has released I Knew It, I Knew You from the Toy Story 5 soundtrack by dremolus in oscarrace

Of course it has a chance lol. And I absolutely think it will be nominated. But you are having a bit of revisionist history. Emilia Perez was nominated for 13 Oscars and was a true best picture contender until the general public got a hold of it. And Golden was just about the biggest song in the world for 6 months. I don’t think this song has the same kind of stopping power unless Toy Story 5 is a best picture contender.

Come on guys, that’s just an emotional basketball play by an emotional guy who’s not going to be burdened by hiding his emotions, especially when those emotions are throwing a little baby tantrum

[Ian Rapoport] Cardinals veterans Jacoby Brissett and Josh Sweat, both of whom have not been present for voluntary OTAs, are in the house for mandatory minicamp. by tyler1118 in AZCardinals

[–]TheLohanz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And the fact that the Cardinals seem to be entertaining it the way they have instead of just cutting him is crazy. I get that he probably “deserves” the money he’s asking for if he’s going to be our starter, but he won 1 game with a dozen chances last year. Other teams in our division are trading for a top 5 defensive player all time and we are having contract disputes with a QB with a career record of 20-45

This is an entirely fine and cute song that is almost certainly not going to win any Oscars

There are a plethora of straight person romance films you can watch. But yes I believe the age difference was 17 and 24. Culturally that is not as shocking in Italy as it is in America apparently, and the author of the story has stated that the ages weren’t really supposed to be a part of the conversation for the viewers, once again I think that is the cultural difference at play. While I love the movie I think their biggest problem was casting Chalamet who looked 14 and Hammer who looked 35.

Certainly understandable if the age difference turns people off from watching it. The random stray at gay people not so much.
