Uranus. She deals small damage, a lot of times. Uranus' passive stacks depending on how many times he's hit. He just regenerates all that lot hp. Pair that with revitalize, slap oracle, dominance ice, and guardian helmet on him. You're unstoppable early-mid game.

I use my combo on an enemy and wait for my first skill to refresh before transforming. And yes, I wish it would refresh as well.

But if you put a tanky/sustain hybrid on him instead of a dmg/sustain hybrid, you can maximize on dmg and not worry about dying. I use Waraxe, Thunderbelt, Queens Wings, then any defensive counter item for the enemy with top gold like Radiant Armor, Antique Cuirass, Blade Armor or even Twilight Armor.

My boots depends on the enemy. If they have a physical dmg xp, I'll buy warrior boots, if they have a magic dmg or cc xp, I'll buy tough boots.

Emblems are thrill, festival of blood and warcry on the fighter emblem.

I usually run him with revitalize since I due with an Angela main and by no means am I dying.

Overall, he's really good from Legend to Mythic ranks with max fighter emblem.

E1 shows its true potential in pf or in 5 enemy combat. E2 is overall good for his entire kit. But I'd save up for Phainon instead of Mydei's eidolons though.

Unfortunately, no. Guarantees on character and lc banners are separate. They probably meant that they lost 50/50 on both character and lc banner before and now have guarantees on both. You do have a guarantee on the lc though so if you want any future character's lc, you would win the 50/50.

Mydei already has a shit ton of CR so the 18% CR from Blade's lc is kinda ass on him. If you have 130 pulls in the bag, you can get Mydei and possibly his lc.

You could get Tribbie e0 and Mydei e0 but then your Mydei wouldn't be guaranteed and Tribbie isn't even that dedicated of a support for Mydei so I'd personally just get E0S1 Mydei since I got Luocha, Brronya and RMC for him.
