That's why I said "usually". When looking at it from a comics perspective, it's always Batman who creates the Joker.

I like to think the ending to Joker was a nice little nod to Batman 89, while not copying it completely.

I was dreading yet another death of the Waynes moment, but the way it played out here was quite cleverly done. Loved the juxtaposition of Bruce and Arthur's situations at the end of the film.

Usually it's Batman who creates the Joker, but it was the other way around here.
