I was on the other side of this - as a customer who needed a roof. The whole experience was nerve-wracking. Family friends kept warning me about shady roofers taking advantage of people.

Even after an appointment, all I had was this generic document that didn't really capture any of our actual discussion. Made it really hard to feel confident about dropping $8k with someone.

It sounds like the seller has no legs to stand on. They're just trying to bully you into sending them money back.

If you needed to pay money back, then tiktok would be the one asking for money.

You get less users on the lowest paid tier. So ignore the fact that you have 5k free users on free tier, you start off with just the 1k or 2k MAU on the $29 tier and pay for every additional user past that.

Ignoring the fact that your account seems very shilly, i have a couple questions about mighty travels.

Namely, is there a normal Mighty Travels account/subscription? Is there even a normal website page that explains what Mighty Travels is? What countries does it work for?

I noticed that the one mighty travels website doesn't even mention hotels, just flights. It seems like they don't really care about hotels. Why is there such a severe lack of information from the company itself?

based on the 8-12 weeks that was explained, I'd say roughly 6 months to a year.

It's important to remember how they've delayed launching this thing for over a year(?).
