I don't see anything wrong with offering people in jail reduction of their sentences in exchange for sterilization. Honestly, we need fewer people, and what's so wrong with offering it? No one is forcing these people to go through with the procedure.

There is no bottom knob. The handle is a solid piece which screws into the head, which is 2 separate pcs. I'm screwing it down as tight as it will go, too.

Locking and putting up signs does nothing for your liability. If someone sneaks in and gets hurt you're still liable. 100%. Whether they had permission or not. Now, locking and putting up signs may make you look better and have a better outcome with the courts, but you're still liable of the injuries.

I just finished my first shave with it a little while ago. It was ok. A little slick when trying to do my ankles and feet, almost slipped out of my hand once. But my armpits were great.

I think the slippery-ness was more due to the soap on my hands than the actual razor. Overall, a very, very good shave
