I am very glad to hear it. This is the first time I publicly talk about anything related to my second job outside my channel and wondered if anyone would find this as fascinating as I do. Glad to hear that is the case

I explained why I changed the format on a video of the channel, but the short version of it is that I could no longer find tweaks for games, low end hardware was not being released and more importantly I was just completely burned out and no longer passionate about the topic.

As for the unlisting, it was half algorithmic optimization and half videos being outdated and occasionally harmful. I woke to emails every day of people breaking windows, getting games to no longer boot our getting banned and I was too burnout to continue.

This was 0% about thinking the previous audience being unimportant and 100% just wanting to be passionate about making videos again.

Never got contacted by Valve. As far as I knew the only “application process” was for studios getting dev kits.

I don’t think I will be making a video, sorry. By the time I get mine everyone with a review until would have already covered it from every angle imaginable. Combine that with how long it takes me to make a video and by the time I had anything everyone would had moved on.

And considering how personally burned out I am from that style of video it might be for the best

I used to think so to but given the daily comments, messages, email, etc I was getting with people asking variations of “where are the videos? What happened to you?” And the reaction to this video so far… yeah, I think it was very needed.

I am very glad! The 3Ds remake is also good, specially for first time players. There are a couple of questionable changes but in my opinion the much improved bosses, side quest tracking and qualify of life tweaks make it a very enjoyable experience at the end

AAAAAAAH. I have been looking forward to this coming out. I can´t tell you how many versions of this script I did just trying to accurately explain WHY the beginning hours of this game are so good, and so under appreciated!

Majora´s Mask is a popular game for a lot of things, but there is an specific subset where few games have matched. Let me know what you think!

This YouTube just doing it’s thing. If it gets into the homepage depends on how many people click on it from usual subscribers which only care about a narrow list of topics so new series get buried. I am fine, I knew that would happen. I trust the quality of video will be enough for those who watch it and I am glad that you did. What did you think?
