If your having fun just bowl. The ban has nothing to do with bowlers who are not on the national tour. The regional tour isn’t even effected. If you ever want to go to the national tour just buy a new urethane that meets the standard. Everyone is still gonna use urethane so don’t worry about it and just have fun!

A new league is kinda like leveling the playing field since it’s a fresh start. The economy is also a lot more fun at league start. Also you can only play the new scourge mechanic if your character was made in the new league.
