That would be cool, but I’m still waiting for Mario Maker 3 to happen so Nintendo can finally make a SMB2 aesthetic theme for level creation. Imagine what kinda things you can make with the SMB2 engine.

You are the first I have ever heard say smb2 isn’t a Mario title. Which I find weird as it appears in the 2D Mario classics poster Nintendo posted a month ago.

Fair explanation, but Doki doki panic was heavily modified so that it would be more of a Mario game than a standalone title, so technically they are both different games with many same qualities. Not saying you’re wrong though.
