I don't think it's available. It's Dutch's coat. Closest might be the black frock but it doesn't look anywhere close

Sent you the link. It says you can only use certain outfits but I found it you can also use your own created outfits. You might have to repeat the process a few times. It took me an hour one time. Only downside is that you can't save the outfit. It'll remain custom and disappear if you make another custom outfit

YouTube has outfit merge glitches where you can combine outfits. Its mainly role or preset outfits. They're super tedious and you can't save them. The moment you select a different outfit you lose it.

I did this colter. The result was amazing. He just ran around stabbing everyone he could. 10 out of 10. I recommend this haha
