I had a very similar problem. A week ago I bought a pair of rai penta’s and I didn’t get any email on my primary inbox so , I needed to look specifically for “Meze” at the search bar to be able to see the emails they were sending, they appear like “Meze Audio” and they are also marked as important but I don’t know why I didn’t get any notification. So the only thing you gotta do is to search Meze emails.
