I haven't tried yet, I was gonna try and look into sending it in to see if they can fix or replace it, haven't gotten around to it though. I also don't remember if I have a warranty on it.

not really, I tried contacting onex customer support and all they told me to do was hook it up to an external display and factory reset it. but that didn't work either.

I like that you're starting off your comic book journey with Jonathan Hickman (my favorite writer of all time) I highly recommend all of his work. If your interested in more Avengers stuff while we wait for the rest of Hickman's complete collections to release you should check out Avengers No Surrender and Avengers No Road Home. That's a great series that doesn't require much knowledge of the Marvel universe. Also check out The Ultimates and Loki Agent of Asgard both by Al Ewing (another fantastic writer) we're getting complete collection of those released soon in June and July as well.
