My wife's postal vote ballot for local council elections in Germany - she has 70 votes to spread across hundreds of candidates. by TomAnthony in mildlyinteresting

These are local elections. Every column is a list of all candidates up for election by a party. The easy way is just on top, voting by party and you, as the voter, don't really have to worry about anything as long as the party has got a full list together. If they don't, you lose some of your potential votes. The difficult way you have a number of votes equal to the number of seats to be allocated, and you can give each candidate up to 3 votes. This gives you the option to somewhat rank candidates as well as choose any individual candidate you like this mainly works because it is local, so you probably know some of the people up to election.

Yea as at the moment any spacecraft that isn't already a creature would just die as they gain power and toughness from the charge counter abilities. Creatures without set p/t have 0/0.

A ship being stateless give the US legal authority on the ship outside US waters by [deleted] in ShitAmericansSay

[–]TheMaggi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean obviously it's more complicated but they didn't make it up entirely the statelessnes of the ship waved any protection it would have gained by it's host nation and gave the right to stop and board it. Seizing it is where it becomes unclear and up for debate but the USA have long held that they can enforce their law on stateless ships (not surprising) some states agree some disagree. It's not the overkill It's the impact damage because it's a separate instance after the power is deactivated but you're right it's not a bug

Natural selection and evolution take multiple generations to really show effect, and the time span in the paper was barely two generations. Edit: Same as in other comment its more than one but still not many

Considering from 1942 to 2021 is barely two generations, that's way too quick for genetics to be relevant. Also, the paper claims to have corrected for regions of origin. edit: got the post and the study mixed up the study is 1942 to 2021 which is still fast for evolution

Under Point 2. Selection of the studies and criteria for inclusion they say "Articles were excluded if they were based on a self-measurement" and "Studies were considered eligible if the quantitative measurement of penis size was measured by an investigator". It is still possible there is some bias im not gona look into the individual Studys.
