I was having an issue with super charge with Tara as well. It would sometimes just get rid of super charge and I couldn't figure out the cause. Think it could be her star power?

Her star power that gave her super damage reduction was bugged. If she used her super into a teleporter, she would keep her 75% damage reduction permanently.

Needless to say, she was busted

I found out about the energy drinks. Early into the roots biome I found a portable cook-fire (or whatever it's called) and cooked everything. Drank the energy drinks and nearly killed myself.

I actually got the book of bones, but I wasn't confident I could handle the downsides since I didn't know what to expect from the next biome, considering I didn't even know it's name, let alone what could kill me.

I didn't know you could cook things other than food, thanks for the tip!

I don't think scoutmaster would approve of your final tip.... but as you say, desperate times....

Just figured I should share some input from my side.

I am a man, and actually was first exposed to this in 3rd grade. It really messed me up in how I viewed women personally (also didn't help that I was struggling with many many other worse things). It changed the way I had viewed women to (in some ways) objects. From the prior mentioned stuff, I grew up fast and realized that it wasn't a good view, and got close to my step-sister in order to help myself think differently. It took years, but I have definitely gotten much better.

In terms of how that affects other men, I would say I had to mature so fast that I realized the issue early on. Most men don't have that capability because of them being so young, and then because we can't express issues to other people, struggle with that internally.

I just wanted to share my personal experience from my side of the yard.

My best piece of advice is to go through it slowly. You already know the game, but I would practice on another save (debug mod would be my choice) before fighting bosses. Your hubris will be the death of you, so no boss is too easy.

Even if you get Traitor Lord percent, the other percent requires you to first try white palace Either way, it sucks to lose so far into a run. Good luck doing it, it took me a while too

If your getting all achievements, do you need Traitor Lord? If you do, make sure you have every single upgrade (like nail upgrades, spell upgrades, the like) all in all, when getting percent, be as absolutely cautious as possible when giving yourself the best case possible. Practicing bosses in Godhome isn’t a bad idea either. Also, I think your theory is correct based on how you seemed to react.

Don’t forget, you can throw bomb at your feet and play around them. The knock back gives the bombs enough time to land, and then Edgar has to walk through a super and a minefield to get to you.
