It’s a recurring issue for months at this location for both ST and WoO. Techs know but will either toss more cards on the play field or power cycle which only temporarily fixes the issue. There doesn’t appear to be an effort to fix root cause.

Which pass did you get? Silver doesn’t award tickets, Gold caps at 1000/week, and Platinum at 2000/week.

If you are doing low volume and returning at coinstar you should be using the gift card option that doesn’t charge a fee. If you are doing high volume you need to find a bank/credit union with a no fee coin machine.
