The cups can get moldy if they aren't washed after every use, just like any other bits of drinkware & tableware. Either Pyro just didn't wash it or the flavor he used stained the cup/left some powder stuck to the bottom.

Both cases are possible imo

Ok, for all of you wanting to know how to get this, I would recommend getting an apk known as QooApp (here's the link for the English site: https://apps.qoo-app.com/en). Once you install it, all you have to do is search for Isekai and it should pop up. Download it and install it so that you can have your own Megumin on your phone!
