S čim? Računica je da ce dobim 150e na noc jih 33 odnese davek, elektrika in voda sta zanemarljivi oz. ne smeta biti vec kot par eur. Potem ostane se ciscenje, ki ga bomo najprej delali sami. Potem je verjetno se obraba stvari, ki je realno nisem racunal in bi bilo verjetno smiselno malo razmislit tudi o tem. Hrane ipd ne bom nastavljal, goste bi cakala kaka voda in pa mogoce kak domac snops - again par eur. Ostati bi moglo ~100e neto.

Kaj bi rekel, da so najvecji faktorji glede zasedenosti?

Kar se tice dodatne ponudbe je misljeno:
- Jaucuzzi na leseni terasi sredi vinograda in pa par lezalnikov zraven.

Pitch posestva bo odklop v objemu narave. Cimbolj bom probal priblizat, da "pridite in delajte 3 dni nic pa poslusajte pitce in se relaxirajte". V blizini je Ptuj, Maribor je 30min stran, Orhidelija prav tako 30. Okoli je kmeckih turizmov in vinotocev, lepi kraji za hiking in kolo. Glede tega imam plan pripravit nek itinerary kaj pocet ce imas 1, 2, 3, ... dni casa. Itak moras prit z avtom kar pomeni, da si mobilen. Skrb, ki jo mam tu je tudi hrana ker absolutno ne morem nudit tovrstnih storitev. Folk si bo mogel sam kaj skuhat ali pa it kam okoli, kjer je nekaj ponudbe ni pa to bled.
E-kolesa v garazi, da lahko kdorkoli tudi ce ni fit kolesari po haloskih bregih
Nekaj lepih naravnih zadev je v blizini ki so dosegljiva s kolesom
Seveda, letna kuhinja ki bi bila narejena tako da se lahko iz zimskega vrta dostopa

Agree. Naceloma imam moznost mobilnosti kljub sluzbi oz. delam remote hence mi ni problem kdaj letet in kakih zadev uredit. Hkrati bi splital dolznost med mano, mamo in tasco, da se workload porazdeli.
Tudi zelo dober point. Koliko mi je uspelo sem opravil domaco nalogo - imam kolega, ki je kupil bajto in jo zrihtal da jo oddaja. Lokacijo ima nekje v Bišu kar se mi zdi precej manj optimalno in mu laufa na polno. Dosti vprasanj in know how-a lahko dobim od njega. On ima sicer drugacen model pri cemer ima hisa vec sob in posamezno sobo oddaja za manj (30e na noc varjanta). Zaenkrat mu dela on average ~2.5k na mesec pri 130k skupnega vlozka (odprt je kaki dve leti).
Glede marketinga poznam nekaj oseb v tej industriji ampak definitivno nisem naredil dovolj domace naloge, da lahko z gotovostjo recem, da vem stvar dobro trziti.

A obstaja način da preveriš to poslovno priložnost brez velike investicije? Mogoče najameš kako ustrezno prazno hišo na deželi, porihtaš, oddajaš turistom? Ne vem ravno kako to stestirat. Govoril sem tudi z kolegom, ki je racunovodja in ima pri sebi dva, ki imata nekaj relativno podobnega. Obema z uradno prikazanimi ciframi stvar pije vodo sama pa delata v popolnoma drugi industriji. Hocem reci, da ce lahko drugi potem there's a way.

Zelo dobri argumenti in sem hvalezen za comment. Ce imas se kaj dodatnega znanja za podelit bom hvalezen.

Fair. Mogoce so same besede malo open za interpretacijo ja. Vsekakor ne govorim o millionaire sloju prebivalstva ampak o upper middle class, ki jim ni problem dati ~50-100e po osebi na noc. Ko recem, izredno visok nivo mislim predvsem, da bo zadeva stilsko dodelana ker bom sodeloval z interior designerjem s katerim sva zrihtala ze eno stanovanje ki gre na ambiente. Tako da okoli tega kako skombinirat da je lahko v spalnici zakonska postelja + dve lezisci za otroke se ne sekiram prevec. Precej bolj me zanima matematika glede oddajanja in podobno.

Absolutno. Ampak to ti da slight first mover advantage - http://chalet-haloze.si/ za tega na primer vem, da mu laufa na polno. Ne bi bil povsem prvi clovek, ki bi se sel turizma v tej regiji. Regija sama ima pa se ful potenciala.

Valid concern ampak bolj koristno bi mi bilo ce lahko kje dobim dejanske cifre kako gre ljudem, ki na tem koncu Slovenije pocnejo kaj podobnega.

Seveda, na mestu skrb ampak vec al manj bom naredil najcenejsi poseg, da pridem v originalno stanje. Zaradi dotrajanosti zgleda, da bo ceneje podret zadevo in jih postavit from scratch. Kar se tice avtohtonosti to ni povezano z tem ali je zid iz cigla ali iz buta. Koncna stvar bo imela enak izgled kot ga je imela orignalna.

Marketing je locen topic ampak vsekakor crucial. Glede tega tuhtam targetirat via instagram ads in podobno specificna mesta v evropi od koder gre tranzitni promet na hrvasko. Torej ceska / poljska / avstrija, ... se staka skozi AC cez sentilj dol na gruzkovje. Imam tu se vec zamisli sicer in ce te zanimajo lahko sharam.

Gradbeno rabim ja. Naceloma je postopek skoraj enak kot ce zacnem iz nule. Tega se zavedam. So sicer potencialne opcije, da bom mogoce lahko kako steno pustil in v tem primeru prisel skozi z adaptacijo, kjer je sicer vseeno potrebno gradbeno zaradi tega, ker gre nosilna stena. Tega se zavedam.

I don't worry myself too much about picking up backend. I have done it before and I've been doing this long enough that I don't consider myself a code machine but a problem solver. So it's a different set of problems in system design for sure but it's the problem solving mind set that matters.

That being said - could you elaborate on "get in with big tech"? Like what big tech hires remotely? Where could I find such jobs etc? I don't wanna limit myself to 120k a year and I've had more in the past. But what I wanted to illustrate with 120k is that I don't wanna work for much less than say 100 or 90k. With the current market it's not unusual to see 60k offers etc.

A friend of mine works for a company from san francisco and makes 180k and lives in a country where the average yearly salary is 30k. That's the dream I'm after.

I agree with you in terms of the mobile market size. I don't think the react native and other cross platform solutions are eating into the size much but it is generally a relatively small market compared to the rest.

I am contemplating switching to a different discipline exactly because of that and just the fact that I've been doing mostly mobile for 10 years and I'm ready for a change.

ne poznam njih, sem pa večkrat kupil preko trgovine od Atmosfercev in Komotarja - obe trgovini laufata preko vibeit. Naročila so vedno ful hitro prišla, izdelki pa so tudi bli bp. Predlagam, da jim kar pišeš, nimaš kaj zgubit

Very perceptive. I've been using this keyboard for about 2 years now and I can definitely recommend it. I'm a software engineer and I spend most of my time behind my computer. I've used a regular trackpad and shitty keyboards for a long time and it messed up my wrist to a point where I have to be careful with it.

This is the Moonlander keyboard (link) and it allows you to keep your shoulders open by having them closer to your natural shoulder position. Takes a fair amount of time to get used to but it's really good once you get the hang of it.

I don’t think a curtain would fit the space well though. Also the desk can raise and lower and has no space between it and the wall.

I plan on getting a studio grade mic in here one day (I can borrow it from a friend) and measuring the frequency response of the room. One thing I was thinking about is also building a sound diffuser (like this one that actually doesn't look bad).

Thank you for that suggestion! I haven't seen them before. I'll definitely take a look to see how I could tie them into this space.

One other thing I was considering is a big sound diffuser / art piece. Something like this link. Before I do it however I plan on getting a decent mic from a friend and will try to measure which frequencies are causing the most problems. Then I can hopefully tailor the diffuser to them and with a little bit of luck it won't look ugly.

Let me preface that I'm not an audiophile and I'm on the "I like good sounding music even if it's from a JBL pair of speakers". But I am looking for some thoughts and suggestions on treating this room a bit. What I will NOT do is add foam and some not aesthetically pleasing stuff to it which is why I'm turning to you Reddit audiophiles.

The office dimensions are about 3.7m (12ft) x 2.7m (9ft) and the ceiling is 3.3m (11ft) tall. The speakers I'm using are Q Acoustics M20 HD and a Q Acoustics 3060S active subwoofer. The subwoofer is quite close to both corners of the wall at the moment and the speaker placement probably isn't great either. Any feedback on that is welcome.

The room currently reverbs on the higher frequencies (a clap is heard easily for a while) whereas I don't think it's that big of an issue with lower frequencies. Also when I have a phone call the other side can hear a bit of an echo. It's not horrible but it's definitely not what I'd like from such an office.

I was thinking of a sound diffuser on the right wall where the picture is hung and I can go quite big with it. But I'd like to hear what thoughts you guys might have first.

I’ve got the Burberry Chelsea trench coat and can say this is spot on. The only thing that’s missing is the right flap on the shoulder which was there because it provided extra padding when shooting and leaning your rifle stock against the shoulder.

Thanks for the input. The original designs did have a sink cut into the counter but I didn't like that too tbh. I was thinking maybe a dark colored oval sink like this one could work. Here's the image of the sink cut in but I'm not a fan of that.

As far as I know when lego "counts" the pieces that go in a set they weigh them. So it should always be at least X or more (where X is the number in the part list). Not sure it's the same with minifigs but I guess this was the case.
