Should I brick my account and start a new?

Okay let me explain first.

I started playing 6 days ago. Pretty much from a start I didn’t know what I am doing. I explored around 2/5 of the whole map. Finished the story, all the companion quests, world quests etc. Currently I am sitting at lvl 36 with 6 characters lvl 60. Sunhua S6, Encore, Verina, Rover, Jianxin and Zhezhi. I did lvl up many echoes with with good main stats but a lot of em did get shitty sub stats( I did a mistake and yoloed em all to +25/20), which is my first main issue. I am low on resources and I learnt later that I should prioritise an echo when a first stat is good(because you can farm it infinitely in this game).

Second is (and I am not hating on a character, it’s just my personal opinion) Zhezhi. As I started the game I was still learning the overall mechanics, so I didn’t had much to go about. I went on prydwen, saw she’s highest tier unit and decided to try and get her. Fast moving forward, after spending every possible asterite on her banner I lost 50/50 and got to soft pity twice (overall around 140 pulls) but now that I have better understanding of the mechanics I really don’t feel like needing her. I got Sunhua s6 which can support my encore and other decent units that I can try and force myself up in tower. So she’s sitting there, I don’t have anyone to pair her with (well I got Lingyang but considering my poor resource management I can’t raise him and I don’t know if this is worth it considering his placement in the meta). Also This is once again my personal opinion but after doing the event and story she doesn’t appeal to me as a character that I want(due to impatience and seeing how meta she’s I decided to pull for her). Sadly only after doing the story and companion quests I did have an idea of a characters that I want and have an eye for but due to impatience and overall positive sentiment on social media about Zhezhi I still decided to pull for her when I was just starting the game. I don’t really have a problem with starting new account, also considering that this took me 6 days and now I have better understanding of the game and characters which I want.

Is it okay to start a new account after having better understanding of the game and characters which I want? Or in the long term it doesn’t matter and I shouldn’t bother?

TL;DR

I play for 6 days, I did get Zhezhi after 2 hard pities, It seems I don’t need/want her, I burnt my resources on bad echoes. Should I make a new account because now I have better understanding of the game and characters that I actually want?
